History:

Dennis Erickson has been raising cattle on his own since 1974, Todd joined in 1990. Todd and Dennis operate approx. 250 cow/calf pairs, focusing mainly on Black Angus. We are also back grounding and grassing 500 calves.

We grow all the hay that is used in feed. Is is a mix of alphalfa, crested wheat and meadow brome.

All vaccinations are done and minimal antibiotics are used. In 2007 we are starting a Herd Health Program.

Todd also has 16 bison cow/calf pairs. The cows are fed hay bales and the calves are grain fed. We sell bison to customers locally, in the Regina and Saskatoon areas, and as far away as Montreal and Nova Scotia! We sell our bison in whole, halves, quarters and have a wide selection of individual pieces. We have had many compliments on the taste and texture of the bison.
