Only available in a loaf, is a pure beef or bison and very peppery (Crushed Peppercorns)

Shane’s special blend - NO ORGAN MEAT. A little on the sweeter side!

Shane’s Plain Dinner or Breakfast, Maple Dinner or Breakfast, Polish, Salt & Pepper and Jerky are the common flavours for pure beef.

Shane’s Smokies, Shane’s Plain Dinner or Breakfast, Maple Dinner or Breakfast, Polish, Salt & Pepper, and Jerky are the common flavours for pure bison.

Shane’s Snack Stix’s are best with a pork blend.

All of Shane’s Specialty Meats (Value Added Products) and Shane’s Sausage can be processed from any customer’s meat.

All Custom Processing Sausage must be ordered in 50 lb batches.  Refer to West Bridgeford Meats Sausage List to see which flavours have the same base to make up the 50 lb batch.

Wild Game is required to be de-boned prior to bringing into West Bridgeford Meats processing plant to be processed into sausage or any of the value added products.
